File menu commands

 

The File menu offers the following commands:

 

New

Creates a new document.

 

Open

Opens an existing document.

 

Close

Closes the active document.

 

Save

Saves the active document.

 

Save As

Saves the active document with a specified file name.

 

Save All

Saves all open documents.

 

Open Chart

Opens an existing chart file.

 

Page Setup

Displays options for printing document pages.

 

Print Preview

Displays the active document as it would appear printed.

 

Print

Prints the active document.

 

Print Setup

Selects a printer and printer connection.

 

1, 2, ..., 8 File

Opens the named document.

 

Exit

Prompts to save changes and quits Predictive Systems Lab.
